The Company Catalogue is an account wide favourites list. When someone in your company logs in, they will be able to see and purchase orders from this catalogue without you having to send emails or click a share button. This makes the catalogue a great option for pointing users to a place where they can find the products that mean the most to your company
Products outside of your company catalogue will not be accessible. This therefore allows you to tailor a unique and custom shop just for your company users.
Accessing your Current Company Catalogue
The Company Catalogue can always be found in your account area or from account dropdown menu

From your account dropdown in the main menu, select ‘Company Catalogue’

Or if you are in the Account area, select the 'Company Catalogue option from the menu on the left hand side.

Once you are in the Company Catalogue, you can see a list of all your current catalogues. Each one has a Name and Description, the number of Items in the catalogue, a time stamp for the last time that catalogue was amended and the View action.
To open a catalogue and see the items inside, click View to the right of the catalogue you wish to look at.
A Single Company Catalogue

A single catalogue view has a list of all the products in that catalogue, as well as options above and below the list.
Above the list you have:

The ability to Rename your catalogue

Export the catalogue as a CSV

Print your catalogue
-
Select All products in the list
-
Remove Selected products in the list

Move Selected products to another company catalogue by selecting it from the dropdown once you click on this option

Copy Selected products to another company catalogue by selecting it from the dropdown once you click on this option
Below the list you have:

An Add to Basket button that allows you to add the selected products to your basket

An Update List button that will update the catalogue with the changes you have made

A Delete Company Catalogue button to delete the catalogue
Adding to a Company Catalogue
As you browse the shop, you will no doubt find products that you will want to add to your company catalogue, so that other company users may purchase them. This can be done in two simple ways.

When you perform a search and you come to the subsequent page of products that are in a list, you can add any product from that list to a company catalogue by clicking the bullet list icon to the right of that product and selecting the company catalogue you wish to add that product to. This only requires a single click.

When you click on a product to go to that product’s details page, there is an ‘Add to Company Catalogue’ button to the right of the product photo; underneath the product information. Click this to be given a dropdown, where once again you can select the company catalogue you wish to add the product to.
