One of the main things we have tried to do with the new store is give you more information and a more interactive dashboard. From the moment you sign in, you'll immediately notice our new dashboard puts the information you need front and centre. At a glance you can find your orders, bought items and quotes all in one place
If you ever need to come back to this point, you can always click on the account icon in the top right and click My Account.

Just below your name and your account manager’s details, you will find Notifications. Notifications will be sent to you when important actions need to be taken by you. This will include tasks like approving orders.
If we open up our notifications, you can see that we can select items from the list, mark some as read and delete notifications to keep our list organized. You can also click on links in a notification to take you directly to the relevant area, so that you can quickly take action.
In addition, central to the dashboard are key informational panels:
- Orders: An overview of your recent orders
- Purchase Orders: A comprehensive list of orders awaiting approval
- Recently Bought Items: A quick reference point for your most recent purchases, allowing for easy reorders or navigating back to those products.
The left-hand menu provides quick and easy access to other tools and account screens:
- Quick Order: The 'Quick Order' section allows you to quickly order products by simply entering SKUs of known products.
- Workflow Requests: This where you'll find requests for approving purchase orders from members of your company, as well as seeing your own purchase orders that require approval.
- Orders: From here you can look at your order history in full. You can also review details of individual orders and easily reorder those items again.
- Company Catalogue: Previously known as core lists, company catalogue allows your company to save and organize favourite products that are shared across the entire company account.
- Favourites: You can add products to your favourites that you often purchase, making them easily accessible for future orders. This list is personal to you and your login only.
- Address Book: From here you can manage your company address book and see the addresses you already have saved for use later in checkout.
- User Profile: A brief summary about you, where you can check your details are correct
- Company Profile: A snapshot of your organization.
