Reset your password from the login page

If you have forgotten your password, or it doesn’t appear to be working, you can always reset your password.

1. Click on 'Forgot your password?' on the login page

2. Enter your email and the characters shown in the captcha, into the appropriate fields

    

   

    

3. Click Reset My Password

4. An email will be sent to your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case and follow the instructions contained in the email to reset your password.

5. Once you have completed the steps in the email, you can try and login once more from the login page.
