For whatever reason, sometimes it is necessary to remove/delete your account. This is not an option that is available to you when logged in, but it is certainly something that your account manager can help with.
To find your account manager, take the following steps

Click on the account dropdown and select ‘My Account’.
Your account manager can be found in the top right of the subsequent page. Both their name and email is listed so that you can contact them.

If you are the account manager, you can do the following
My Account can always be found in the account dropdown menu

From your account dropdown in the main menu, select ‘My Account’

Once you are in the Account area, select the ‘Company Users’ option from the menu on the left hand side.

3. Find the user you wish to make inactive and select the ‘Edit’ option under Actions on the right hand side.

4. Once the Edit User modal pops up, under Status, change the option from Active to Inactive. Then click Save. Your user is now unable to login.
