Depending on responsibilities and workflow, your account manager can provide a number of services and help to you.

This can include:

  • Signing off on purchase orders

  • Updating your company catalogue

  • Changing the role for your account

  • Offering help in using the shop

 

To find your account manager, take the following steps

  1. Login at https://shop.vohkus.com/customer/account/login/

  2. Click on the account dropdown and select ‘My Account’.

  3. Your account manager can be found in the top right of the subsequent page. Both their name and email is listed so that you can contact them.
