Roles change and it is likely at some point you will want to request a new role within your company on the shop. This is not an option that is available to you when logged in, but it is certainly something that your account manager can help with.
To find your Sales Account Manager, take the following steps

Click on the account dropdown and select ‘My Account’.
Your account manager can be found in the top right of the subsequent page. Both their name and email is listed so that you can contact them.
