We always endeavour to have a site that is free of bugs and errors so that you can enjoy your shopping experience. However sometimes you find stumble upon a bug and wish to report it. If you have already searched through our FAQs and help pages, try the following:

2. Inform your Account Manager

3. Call 0345 6472070

In order for us to help you quickly, we do need to make sure you include a couple of things in your report:

1. Describe your issue or bug and make sure to include who was logged in at the time and what they were attempting to do.

2. Stick to one issue per report. If in doubt, report smaller issues in separate emails/forms so that we can address each one individually.

3. Include a screenshot or make a note of what page the error occurred on.

4. Include your browser and operating system.
