Updating your User Profile

My Account can always be found in the account dropdown menu

  1. From your account dropdown in the main menu, select ‘My Account’

 

  1. Once you are in the Account area, select the ‘User Profile' option from the menu on the left hand side.

 

From here, you can amend your First Name and Last Name, as well as amend options for:

Change Password - Which will force you to change your password next time you log in

Allow remote shopping assistance - This allows merchants to see what you see and take actions on your behalf to provide better assistance.

 

 

You will also be able to see your current Company, Job Title and Currency. Once you are happy with the changes you have made, remember to click Save to save your desired changes.
